Springdale Family Ministry

Our Family Ministry team works as a collective group to serve families. We want to come along parents to help them disciple their kids. We do this through our Springdale Tots, Kids, and Students ministries.

Tots

SpringdaleTots ministers to families with children who are infant to Pre-K ages. Our mission is to help our tots love God (worship), love the church (community), and love their friends (mission). We offer programming during the 8:45 a.m. LifeGroup hour and the 10 a.m. worship hour. We have a nursery where moms can watch the sermon live and multiple age-specific rooms to best minister to each age.

Tots

SpringdaleKids ministers to families with children in kindergarten through 5th grade. Our mission is to help our kids love God (worship), love the church (community), and love their friends (mission). We offer programming during the 8:45 a.m. LifeGroup hour and the 10 a.m. worship hour. During the worship hour, kids will learn and sing worship songs, hear live Bible teaching, and participate in table discussions in our Adventure River Theatre—a theatre decorated with a fun, Louisvillian, and adventurous theme.

SpringdaleStudents ministers to families with students in middle and high school. Our mission is to help our students love God, love the church, and love God’s mission. Students meet two times a week: First, they meet during the 8:45 a.m. LifeGroup hour, where they receive live teaching and engage in dynamic discussions, and second, they gather on Sunday evenings for a time of worship and Bible Study. In addition to these weekly meetings, SpringdaleStudents also plans spring retreats, summer camps, fall conferences, and mission projects around the city.

LifeGroups, or “small groups,” meet at 8:45 a.m. Sunday mornings. We first gather for a quick prayer in the Café before groups begin. LifeGroups exist to support our vision to be a disciple-making church where every member is challenged, encouraged, and equipped to live all of life as worship, in community, and on mission. While every LifeGroup takes on the personalities of its members, one thing remains the same: Each group will study the Bible, pray for one another, encourage you in your walk with Christ, build community, and equip you to be on mission.

Springdale’s women’s ministry is called SpringdaleLadies. This ministry seeks to challenge and equip the ladies of Springdale to live all of life as worship, in community, and on mission by providing carefully planned events on a routine basis.
